Important notes

  • 2083 amnesty (reported): an OCR notice says companies that file the FY 2082/83 annual report by the end of Asoj 2083 (around mid-October 2026) have all past and pending fines, fees and charges waived. This also applies to companies seeking deregistration. Check whether the deadline has been extended.
  • Companies have no separate annual 'renewal' fee. Filing the annual return keeps the company up to date, and filing late attracts the fines above.
  • OCR has run a special strike-off (deregistration) process for companies that do not file (notice dated 2081/12/13).
