Important notes
- Land Revenue Offices were renamed Land Administration Offices (भूमि प्रशासन कार्यालय) by an ordinance in Baisakh 2083; both names are in use.
- From Shrawan 2083 the ministry planned to hand this service to about 35 pilot municipalities/rural municipalities (214 applied); check whether your local level now provides it.
- The document list comes from a 2020 secondary source (National Federation of the Deaf Nepal) that cites no authority; its English was machine-translated ('public information', 'surgeon' are read here as public notice and सर्जमिन). Confirm the current list at the office.
- Step order is indicative: no current citizen charter for this service could be retrieved (dolma.gov.np and district land-office sites block automated access) — confirm at the office.
