Step-by-step process

Submit the application with the evidence and copies at the ward.

Staff review the evidence; a local inquiry (सर्जमिन) may be held where needed.

Pay the service fee at the ward and keep the receipt.

The ward chair, a ward member or the ward secretary signs the certificate or recommendation.
